How do I earn points?

Your care team assigns personalized health goals to your account. When you complete a goal in real life, submit it through your dashboard with a brief note. Your care team will review and approve it — once approved, points are automatically added to your wallet.

How much is each point worth?

10 points = $1 in store value. So if an item in the store costs 50 points, it's equivalent to a $5 reward. Points can only be redeemed in the Epic Healthy Finance store — they don't have cash value outside the platform.

What can I spend my points on?

You can browse the rewards store and redeem points on a variety of health & wellness items including fitness gear, nutrition products, personal care items, gift cards, and more. The catalog is managed by your program administrator and updated regularly.

What is the Lighthouse Brightness score?

The Lighthouse is a visual indicator of your overall health engagement on the platform. It brightens as you earn more points and complete more goals. Your care team sets the target point threshold for 100% brightness — the more active you are, the brighter your lighthouse shines.

How do I log in as a patient?

Use the Patient Login button to access your account. Your care team will provide you with your login credentials. The platform supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security.

I'm a staff member — how do I access the admin tools?

Staff members and administrators use the Staff Login. From there you can access the admin portal to assign goals to patients, review and approve milestone submissions, manage the store catalog, and oversee all program activity.
